Thank you for this - Loose hex bolt and prop bolts. Now some noise from transfer box - replaced clutch and fly wheel so hoping the transfer box will hold up for a while..

So turned out to be multiple things. Hex bolt on handbrake drum was loose also bolts on the prop - shaft. All tightened and fine for about 10 miles. Then noticed whine from transmission - diagnosed as thrust bearing. Bit the bullet and just had clutch replaced - too big a job for me...

Just bought a prop removal tool, l'll have a look the first next dry day... Is there anything in particular I should be looking our for when I get in there? Spring or something?

It's the metal bracket that's broken, it's snapped just at the "H" in the L-N-H emboss. See pic 4312. Think I may have sorted bracket and cable. Box though must be pretty stuff if it caused this to break. Any advice on how to loosen it up while i have cables etc of. Also how do cables come...

Further up-date, so brakes, lights etc all good, but failed on diesel leak at the engine and rust on the rear left chassis. Have bought a repair kit for the rust and having a guy weld it up this weekend. Any tips on the Diesel leak greatly appreciated. G

So, update on the above. Turned out the source of all the issues was a broken wire at rear left ABS sensor. Guys at the auto electrics place (Greenaway Belfast), who were great by the way, diagnosed and fixed the wire. All issues resolved. Horn triggering 3 Amigo's, still a mystery, but was...

Top-tip, when replacing in-tank full pump - fix the new seal provided directly to the tank and not the pump itself..!
