It's an R - reg Disco 1 I rang the dealer and they got me the EKA code. I was then able to start her and get home. Now the immobiliser is off but the Fob still doesn't work! Damn it!! Tried the button pressing 10 times thing,,, still no better

The cooling fan stuck on this morning and the battery went flat. Now it's charged back up it won't start. The immobiliser light on the dash just keeps flashing. And it won't lock and unlock with the Fob. HELP!!
