i reckon I have .5 of one whole and .25 of a couple of others......After a three year absence (and now living in a different house) from series 3's I'd forgotten how much space a few spares take up!

    My First veg oil mile

pretty sure its fine on a standard land rover engine. Check who makes your IP....Pretty sure landyboy who posts on here occasionally runs pretty much 80% veg in a standard landy series 1...... mate turned up the other day in an 03 plate VW LWB white van, running 33% SVO with no problems :)

    How Many are left?

wasn't really interested in tracking every last one, numbers registered in the UK would have been close enough, just as a guideline really. If theres 70% left thats my conscience clear for breaking two to make one :)

    How Many are left?

If we knew someone at the dvla a list of the registered ones would be a start....maybe not worth it for the newer ones series 3s etc, but series ones are pretty old now (and I guess may also be the lightest on paperwork)

MOT is due on this vehicle in less than a week, so we will see what happens then. If it doesn't pass (a diostinct possibility) I'm down to driving a v6 or mot ing...

88" or 109" you help me to decide......

yeah get a trailer, versatile thngs and you can leave it behind if you don't need it. A good series is hard to get hold of. I had one, I regret 'losing' it, Takes half adozen purchases to find the right one again. Keep the series, get a trailer ....

    Range Rover axles on series

Git them on mine, they work a treat. The steering rod is rangey I think, front axle is tilted back a bit, cpome and measure up if you are local.....anything else feels uncomfortable these days! Great axles, great brakes!!

I doubt it, Landy weighs about 2 tonne so you need something rated to 2 tonne plus the weight of the trailer.....another series would struggle (well legally anyway). There is a maximum towing weight for your car should be on a plate somewhere, under the bonnet I guess or in the manual if thats...
