One more idea... could the rough idle be due to a faulty temp sensor? I havn't replaced that one. I seem to get normal readings to the gauge but could it still give the ECU wrong readings?

Yeah i replaced the white one before and also find the orange one for sale but my housing is pretty coroded so I thought I replace the whole thing since I hear there can be other air leak spots available when the corosion hits the edge of the sealing district.

Yeah the air bleed valve. It was shot so that helped a little. But I think its the other valve in the housing that is also shot. Yeah, I have genuine washer and o rings in there. Have used both mid priced and genuine with good results.
