If you lock the door with the key rather that the remote the interior senseor is disabled. It might solve your problem of the dog setting it off and you could remove the stickers. I would also eliminate the sensors if the problem re-occurs.

I once had a similar experience when changing cars, they said that they wouldn't cover me in my new one (a 5.3 V12 Daimler) so I asked for a pro rata refund and took my business somewhere else. And saved money.

I had one that used to do it but the guy I sold it too (I made him aware of this before he bought it) told me he went round the windscreen rubber with silicone and it cured it!! Good luck!
