    I wouldn't wee on it as this will then make it freeze up worse the next night. I had the same problem yesterday, the only door that would open was the back door, then had to climb over both sets of seats. doors would then open from inside but the handles were still frozen.

    If you remove a NEARLY FLAT BATTERY and fit a new one within a couple of mins. it shouldn't need re-programing. If however the battery has been flat or removed for some time it will have lost its memory.

    The windscreen companies do know what the screen is in your vehicle as soon as you phone em, without you telling em, so I dought you would be able to blag a leccy one if it didn't have one as standard..... Unless you could convince them that you fitted one yesen I suppose.
