it was the brake light, just went out and stuck a double filament in and its fine now!!! and it also fixed the problem of eadlights coming on when brake pedal pressed!! thanks guys. if the problem comes back then i'll get someone to check the solenoids.

thanks guys will introduce myself in that section now. have noticed it has stopped for now,i know there are some tapped up wires which were for spot lights and it was raining when i had the rear light cluster out. will get a double filament bulb anyway and #endure another 2 hours of stress and pain.
