Pics and price? Delivery an option?

Hi, looking for a new Bullbar or Front bumper, to replace mine, as some moron hit into mine and bent it :( Around £150 would be ideal, and around Wiltshire area would be grand, or courier option? Piccies please, if you have one :)

Looking for a new fuse (100a screwdown), blew mine earlier by accident, as i didn't undo battery :doh: Any hardware shops, or anything you know of, where i can get one tomorrow? Live in Wiltshire area, if that helps :)

Are the sidesteps decent? (Assuming they'd fit 300tdi?) I want them :P

So, I was taking a look at my new alternator again, and at first, thought it was different to the one I had before, as there wasn't a spare connector slot, next to pos terminal. Whipped back cover off to reveal that there is a space connector, but now can't remember how my old one was wired up...

So, anyone noticed anything wrong with wiring?

Earth's seem clean, the one that bolts down under live on battery, and one behind it.... Bottom of handbrake isn't warm or hot, so don't think it's earthing through that? Brake lights don't work When I press hrw butting, I can hear the actuators buzzing as if you just pushed down button to...

So, I replaced alternator, all seems hunky doory apart from two things..... Brake lights don't appear to be working and the rear windows heating button is activating actuators, as I can hear them when I press it....... Any ideas?

Will they give me a straight forward answer, on whether or not its ####ed? Will it cost the earth, and finally, will they give me a jump to get me back home again? Haha! :pound:

I'm leaning towards alternator being a piece of ****... Should i replace battery and alternator? Just to be sure?

No.... on battery negative to positive terminal, and on alt, earth to pos? (I think!) Alternator rose to around 17v when revved to 3k

No idea if it makes a difference, but had to get jumpstarted to get car going

Just checked alternator, reading was 10v, so think it's the problem.... Across battery on idle, was fluctuating between 14-16v

Bad connections? Any suggestions as to where? Checked wires going through to bulkhead, all seem intact? And it's just handy as should be able to reserve and pick it up within sorta 10 miles from me. If i replace Alternator, is a battery change recommended too?
