Hi,sounds like you should check the door hinges as the doors can drop over time . Have a look you maybe able to adjust them enough to lift the door up to clear the catch and open. hope this helps .;).try leavering door gently up to free the catch first if you can .

Like the rest of the guys,once a month if off roading,[keeps the U's well lubed and keeps most of the muck out].Otherwise once or twice a year or before a long journey.:D.

Hi, may be worth checking fuel route all the through,if you can ,to injectors.[filters, lift pump etc.] hope its the filters.:rolleyes:.

JUST DO IT,You should be ok standard just keep to the easy to moderate lanes,if unsure!.Check out the lanes first on the web if you can they will tell you about any serious bits.Otherwise a quick recky of the lane should help.Have fun :D.

As Gratch says , give it clean and see if you can trace the fluid .Also check around power steering unit including pipes to reservoir. Hope you suss the leaks out .:)

Hi Flex, maybe a good idea to do both jobs at the same time , cost is reasonable plus saves you changing the 'P' gasket again if you fit new water pump later.Have fun;).

Not long got back from holiday in Wiltshire. Needless to say the Ridgeway was visited,even the Mrs had ago, good on her.The Disco went well,we only went on the official lanes as some are now closed until futher notice [see web sites for info if you are heading that way].Still good fun though.:D

Good un with the new addition :D ,future landy pilot ?. Recon gear boxes are around 350 to 400 around our way but you never know, you may find one cheaper . Good hunting:).
