Hi has anyone fitted a r380 to a defender tdci. We am trying to fit one to a td5 conversion we thought of using a discovery r380 with a transfer box off a defender we am thinking this would get the gear levers next to each other as in a tdci. regards phil

We had the same problem with our disco II turned out to be oil in the engine loom from the injecters running into the engine ecu.That ran for a while then cut out also no glow plug light.Looked like there was a oil leak o/s front this was the oil running from the looms and ecu. Phil.
