p.s make sure to remove thermostat

If you flush the coolant with bottom pipe off rad using a garden hose on the bottom pipe from header tank and keep it there till water clear . then to clean header tank just remove from vehicle and use hot water and washing up liquid and a babys bottle brush

Try a breakers yard most of them on line now and you can see what vehicles they have .And then if they have any freelanders either call into them or make a phone call to find out if they have the part you need

Like Kingm1 said happens when you keep unlock button held . Happened to me once as I had keys in my pocket but taught kids had broken it at first as they were playing football . Done a search on here and found out what happened
