Back to square one then.

Mine d2 auto was suffering from slow to pull away and not liking hills, today I changed my air flow metre and oh boy do I have power. You might just have the same problem.

My d2 v8 auto has for a while now struggled to go up hills, today I changed the auto box oil and filter, plugs and leads and still no joy. So I thought air flow metre. When I unplugged it a took the disco for a drive it preforms the same, does this mean it could be the air flow metre is knackered?

I thought I had mine fixed until 5 mins ago, sitting waiting on my son getting out of school and it's now raining inside as well as out, bugger.

How would I know if my air flow metre wasn't working?? I have a D2 auto V8.

How do I go about checking the oil level in my D2 auto box?

It's reving and then sorts itself out when it reaches the top of the hill, HELP.

It would hold the gear before changing, I have no idea what the oil level is.

My D2 V8 is acting strange, from time to time when I put my foot down or come to a hill she revs around 2000/2500 rpm and won't go anywhere, it comes back but take a while. I am hoping sparks and leads as God only knows when these where last changed as I have only had her 6 months. Any ideas...

Why do say that an auto box will break if you tow to far???
