    Ratty - you are not right. No sensor controls the turbo. The map will adjust fueling according to the inlet manifold pressure - but not the turbo itself. The turbo is an all mechanic device controlled by the waste gate. Lars

    I doubt it is a fuel problem. You may have an over-boost issue with your turbo. See if you can borrow a Nanocom and measure the inlet manifold pressure under load... you should see values up to 225-230 kpa (maximum) above this you are very close to an over-boost situation which will force the...

    Well - we need to take care of our engines. Overheating is never healthy and would always be a problem to any engine. That's why it's called over-heating. You should start using a good wading blanket.
