its a bonded glass use but its a messy messy job and you will need to make spacers to hold the glass in place while it sets up ..in other words you may want to get a professional
yea ive only heard of it being done here in Trinidad but ive never seen the finished product and i dont know how well or if it even works
but i would put a good TD5 engine back in it ,so much easier ,quicker and cheaper in the long run
its usually the bearings(STC3185) on the intermediate shaft that goes bad they sit higher in the box and the oil doesnt reach them when the level drops . but a recon one is good to :)
you should change water pump , thermostat and the pressure cap on the expansion tank , so you know most of the cooling system is new again and they all work . for a complete job add new radiator and clutch fan
