Put petrol in a Diesel Mitsubusi Pajero once, that time I had to drain it out as it was half a tank full! but it cleaned the injectors wonderfully.......

Appologies if this beginner sounds cheeky, but in my mind check the timing - is the advance/retard OK? any chance any grit got at it and locking it, or does it need lubricating? just a thought.

hilly1 isn't the only one with that issue, my drivers door sometime does,sometimes doesn't - I've noticed that if I move away from the car and press the fob it'll work, but not if I'm close!!! thanks for the info, will try that in a weeks time.

Sorry Discool, but having problems getting PRC8130 recognised anywhere! may I ask you to check this out please. the ANR3896 works, but my chassis number would fit the earlier set.

Managed to scounge a towbar for the car, but would like to get the correct connector to plug into exsisting loom, any ideas what the make/model the connector is or where to get one? Ta.

finally found out about toad for the immobiliser transponder, thanks for the other comments. P.

I just checked mine out, my Tdi300 is returning 33 mpg, just after a jet cleaner was run through. this is just running to and from work, a 20mile run. will be checking a long run in a couple of weeks.

My new toy, the 300 tdi, came with only one key, one central locking fob, and one sterling transponder. needless to say this is not good! a second key is straight forward enough, but can you guys suggest a source for a second locking fob and another transponder? Your help would be much...
