if you but the intercooler pipes of the internet they will fit the disco 200tdi intercooler, but if you made your own pipes the 300tdi one would be quite simple to fit.

try the NFU they are really good with land rover insurance and accept most mods

Simex tyres are probably regarded as the best off road tyres you can get. they cost loads to buy so dont use them for road miles as they ware down quickly. think they can tubeless but most people i know fit tubes to them. what are you intending on using them for ?

when me and a mate made one for the challenge truck we made a rear hoop with cross brace that mounted to the top of the chassis reinforced with 8mm plate and the rear stays went to the back of the chassis just before the rear cross member mounted on top of the chassis reinforced with 8mm plate...

i mean dose it effect its off road performance and are they a good bit of kit ? landy already has a heavy duty diff pan with a 6mm crown wheel protector welded on with sumobars steering rods so would it be worth getting the axle guard. :confused:

seen one on a landy at the pay and play yesterday and thought of getting one for my landy but how good are they and are they worth the price tag.

i run a 2" lift on my 90 using the standard radius arms and have no problems with the front propshaft even at 70mph ! if i was you i would fit the standard radius arms as you dont really the Castor Correction Radius Arms for a 2" lift, that could solve your vibration problem

the time it takes to change a chassis depends if you dont know what you are doing e.g first chassis swap it is a bigger job than most people think it is. but it does not take long if you know what you are doing and you have all the equipment/ parts you need. remember when you re chassis a landy...

shouldn't be to hard remove roof and lower cage in with the tractors loader :D dose any one know if the gas pipe would be ok for the cage

gcoo8154 thanks. thinking of making some mounts like what you talked about but instead of welding to chassis, would weld to a piece channel on top of the chassis rail bolted to another piece of channel under the chassis rail like a giant clamp. i think that would be safe.
