The only place I have been able to get it from is a Landrover dealership. I tried every car parts shops around me without luck!

I would personally weld it or change it. I would imagine that there are a lot of different stresses on this bracket. Compression and vibration stresses will be affecting it all the time.

Hi, I'm thinking of putting a CB in my Disco TD5 but can't really find a suitable location where I can fit it. If you have a Disco and a CB fitted, where have you located it please? I have tried searching for 'CB' and for 'Citizen Band' but without any luck. Thanks in advance.

I'd certainly plan to do less and if all goes well and you do more you will feel great at the end of it. If you plan to do it all and fail you will feel crap! Well that's my philosophy anyway. Good luck with it Tatts!

Definitely try a tire specialist first could be the valves etc. get a second opinion before shelling out.

My 03 plated TD5 Disco has the same sign indicating left for diff lock in front of the hi lo lever but it does not have the diff lock though.

IMO "Keep a landrover on the road" don't break it; repair it; sell it and use the money on the Series! That is what I would do.

I just googled 'PO237' and turbo boost sensor circuit low; how to repair! Came up. Maybe worth you Googling it mate.

There is a very good video on you tube called 'landrover swivel replacement' it's in two parts it's a fitter showing a female defender owner how to carry out the replacement in great detail. It's about 1 hour 20 mins long in total but I found it to be excellent!
