Hi. The pipe is the axle breather pipe, stops water getting sucked in through the seals when wading. Also def a abs axle, just cut the cable close to the sensor and leave the sensors in the axle. Won't do any harm. :)

Looking good, the big washers on the top mount of the rear shocks looks like its on the wrong way round, the domed side should be against the shock, that goes for both inner and outer washers.
