Thanks everyone for the advice. I removed outlet hose from the pump and that was flowing with fluid. I raised the wheels of ground and bleed the steering box until loads of fluid came off there so assume it’s ok. The steering is still really heavy when I put it back on the ground, like no power...

Thanks I will try that. It is very heavy trying to turn it lock to lock whilst stationary and it’s not yet back on road yet.

I’m rebuilding my 90 on a new richards galvanised chassis. I’ve just noticed there’s no holes for the brake pipe clips like on my old one. Is this normal? Also, I’m not keen on drilling the new chassis, does anyone know an alternative ? Thanks

Thanks everyone. I ordered the full kit with kunifer tube. Also order a pipe bending tool. My refurbished steering box, new drop arm and new rear A-frame ball joint has arrived so I have plenty to do this weekend.

Thanks I will take a look. As I mentioned I found the shorter ones on eBay but couldn’t find the long pipe leading from the front along the chassis and want to fit a new one before fitting the body back.

Thanks. Was it easy to make up? I have the old pipe to use as a template but worry it might start to leak when the body is back on and engine fitted.

Thanks everyone, I’ve found it now. It took a while with a wire brush attachment on a drill to remove the 36 years of oil and crud that had built up. cheers
