    can you use another switch asm and test it. that will rule out the switch aswell.only really leaves the motor asm

    prep is the big job here. Removing all the crap and making sure it is dry before sealing. Not a hard job to do especially if you have a pit just bloody messy

    will put my money on the injector harness. I had the same problem and at about 50mph is shook the living **** out of the Disco. Got home and fitted the injector harness and all has been good for a long while now. Just cleaning the connector of oil will not remove the prob. Listen to the peeps on...

    prop balencing freelander

    As James says the props is balanced as a unit and not with reference to the cars. Have took mine off loads of times without marking. Just think if you broke the rear prop and replaced it. How could you balance the new part to the old part without special kit.

    not got that many pennies to aquire such hi tech gismo's. put me hand on it and got it back ok but did hippo's VCU test and all fine at the mo. Did have problem with my tyres and turned out to be the tyre gauge on the compressor.

    After what has been said on this ere fred me thinks if you made a kit a lot of peeps might be wanting one.Have had 3 motors do this on me two vans and a class 2 Scania. Now that made a major mess!!!
