Probably won't help much but I think that slotted section at the top of the photo should be facing forward when it's fitted. I know when I took my bumper off there's a stud with a rubber centre section that has to be undone but not removed before the bumper can be pulled forward.

On the short list of possible causes are the shuttle valve switch under the ABS modulator, a modification and/or replacement is the cure or it's one of the wheel sensors or the hub itself. If you have someone local with a Nanocom they should be able to pinpoint it and which wheel needs looking...

Not near a PC to get the exact details of which relay but you can test the clutch by bridging the appropriate relay, that's how I tested mine before a re-gas. It's also worth checking the condition of the pipe from the dryer just where it goes through a P clip near the horn. If it's badly pitted...

Exactly what happened to mine, was fine going downhill and on the flat but as soon as I turned to come back up the hill it spluttered and died. Replaced the pump and all was good again.

My bottom bolt was a PITA as well, in the end I got the top one out, disconnected everything on the EGR side then bent it so I could rotate everything on the bottom bolt. Turning the bolt AND the EGR assembly together cracked it enough that it was then free to undo.
