i welded some 2" box section between my dumb irons near the bumber and drilled holes and welded a plate in side it to fit a tow ball on. id never use out bolts to the front bumper its fine for towing but not been raged at

lol mine was about 18mpg on a run and mine went "alright" compared to my mates

i used the cable that went to the old leaver on my pump and had to cut and weld some nuts and washers to the 200tdi pump ill get you some pics when i get it back its having the pump done :D:D

check for rust get your largest screw driver and started jabing the chassis randomly all over looking for any crusty bits especaily the smooth bits as the guy who had mine befor me went round with body filler, oh and lean to weld if all ready cant.

moved mine under the passenger seat but had to buy a smaller batteries to fit and i used the 200 tdi wiering loom as reach`s and just made a new earth lead to go from the batterie to the gear box, ill get you a pic if you want one

i no its gonna of been asked be for i did a quick serch but couldnt find out How big of tyres can i have on a standard 90 the two sizes im looking at are 265/75 285/75 i think the 265`s will fit ok but will need to lift it or out to fit 285`s thanks.

iv got an s3 and am now looking at buying a 90 and power steering is a must have this time what year did they start coming with it fitted as stanard thanks.

i know a few people with tdi series and have only had problems off road, thing is untill you drive it after its a totaly different motor off you id say most of the time your not even workin the turbo just tickerling the pedle, but im still thinking of haveing my pump done but in two minds...

a friend`s friend has got a comp motor and went to an engernearing ferm to have a steering arm moded and they wouldnt do because since that 110 went in that lake and killed them kids some one like vosa has sent letters to all them kinds of comanys telling them not to mod or make steering parts...
