May have been working in Dartford Tunnel. I've seen Landrovers there escorting fuel tankers & "GF" is a local plate. They would go through the tunnel & probably down to the next junction (A13) & go back over bridge - round trip of about 5 miles (ish).

I am 99% sure that you can't retro fit the arm rests. Barretts of Canterbury did have some centre console arm rests like those from Italy that fit into the cubby box in the console base. Just out of interest if you have black leather are you interested in a brand new set of the black headrest...
