It has inter cooler. When I had it running today the rad was getting warm but the inter cooler was stone cold. She starts fine and runs good under light acceleration. Black smoke on over run. Knocks big time when idling. Though exhaust helped it today.

What split charger you got? Some have a sure start function on your main battery. But I would say use your slave.

It is the right length just had to lift it for something. P clip to go in the middle.

Ello ello. Got my exhaust yesterday so I'm in the process of fitting it. It's the 90/110 exhaust for the 2.5TD I'm fitting. Problem is it's a bit long in the middle. What you think? Cut it to fit or is there another back section I can use?

Oh and had a look at all the leaks in my fuel line. Hopefully have them sorted for tomorrow.

Made a bracket from bulkhead support to rad panel to mount "stuff" too as I don't want anything on the wings. Fitted power steering tank to said support. Filled tank and ran round fixing all the leaks. Basically anywhere there was a join there was a leak. :( then ran out of ATF.

I believe it's a 3/8 UNF. I had problems getting them. I was using flexi GP hose. What is your fuel line? Plastic or copper?

Iirc the captive clips on with the nut inside the pillar.
