so its been 8 months. anyone actually done it yet?

i have a TD4 that i'm pretty sure doesnt hve one. whats the chances in getting one and just dropping it in? of to north norway at christmas. v.cold

johnny. assuming your set up is the same as my 2003 TD4. i just put a large bucket under the water trap bleed screw and undid it. takes about an hour to drain 4 gallon (20l), but there is some good telly on tonight

well, sorry i havent been around, but the've removed all the PC's from the office at work. well, just so you all know, i have changed all my glow plugs and she's sweet as a nut now, starts first time, no smoke, no misfires, sweet as a nut. and,...... my glow plug light in the cab only come on...

the bulbs dont actually run that hot, mainly due to the low power consumption of the bulds. i have a kit on order, went for 4.3k as i wanted the extra light.
