Agreed. I can't believe that the gearbox was running fine and then after fitting clutch it 'suddenly' went. cant be can it??

Hi there, after many years of owning a VW T4, work called for a tow vechile / van. I bought a 300TDi comercial on a R plate. Love the potential, not loving the repair bills! Its only got 115k on the clock. Argh!! I think I may be on here picking lots of brains! I'm in West Sussex atm...
