Yep very similar to that but was a UK site we used. Pedal length not adjustable on ours either - prob went for cheapest! Just asked wifey, she sez we tracked ours down thru Motability site...

When we bought our 1st Disco my missus didn't drive it for ages cos it was a left hand drive and big. When she finally had a go it turned out she could barely reach the clutch and was having to shuffle and stretch her hip and leg and basically said she couldn't drive it. Checked on t'internet...

Same happened to me with my first Disco - was awful to drive and I dreaded hitting a rut in the road as it would be jolting and shimmying all over. Replaced the wheels and tyres with a complete set from ebay and all was sorted. Like you say, amazing that bad tyres can cause so much bother! Dunno...

As mentioned - checked the bulbs. terminals etc all nice and clean and corrosion free. Problem not so simple.

I have a few issues with me leccy bits - front fogs don't work (I assume they are aftermarket ones, fitted to the bullbar although I can't be certain!) - not urgent just mentioning in case anyone sees a connection here. Rear lights, one of the bumper ones works, one doesn't but none of the main...

Exactly the same as mine. When door is shut it's fine, the door is firmly in place. No probs.

probably the bias plate bust I think. Happened to my last one, tricky to find them gears! You can get reinforced ones to stop em breaking but I can't remember where from. Easy to change, just a bit fiddly removing everything first and there are rivets to drill out. I reckon best way forward...

Just did mine today, very easy if a little messy - diesel down me armpit....just like last time! Just brush the muck off a bit, 11mm spanner on the top, pretty simple, I didn't change the seals - again like last time. Blanked off me EGR, changed fuel and air filter. Very noticeable difference...

My belt started squeaking suddenly about a week ago. Sprayed a little WD40 on it and squeak disappeared immediately but came back within a day. Had a spare used belt from previous Disco so swapped em and sqeak has stopped. Belt that was on was in bad condition, cracked surface and a split right...

It wasn't a new lock it was just the spring he changed - see the 1st post.
