    make sure the clutch release arm isnt seized common problem (blame honda they designed the gearbox!) and its a gearbox off job to fix good luck

    as asbvoe really but you dont mention which engine only the td4 has the dual mass flywheel the 1.8 and 2.0 l series diesel has solid flywheel
