hi, I'm looking for a land rover gun metal gray paint code, I've done a search with no joy, the only clue i have is, it was on wheeler dealers program episode 7 they said it was a ( 2010 gun metal gray) this is the colour i want for my defender regards

Thanks for all your replies concerning getting under seal off, but when its off what next ? do i red oxide paint and then hammerite or just hammerite, or is there anything else to use ? regards

no, its not a bare chassis and Ive got to do it on the drive, garage isn't big enough, id better get to work

hi, im looking for a bit of advise, got my 90 a few months back, and set about under-sealing it, now looking at it i dont seem to have done a very good job, so what i want to do is take it all off treat with red oxide and then use black hammerite, but whats the best way of getting under-seal...

sorry, ive got the clips i need the proper rubber fittings that fit the air box that the flexie hose fits too

well here goes, ive just had a 200tdi disco engine fitted to my 90, and ive fitted a snorkel, now the lad who fitted the engine put new flexie pipe, from turbo to air box and the other from air box to wing but its only the flexie pipe theres no proper fitting so it doesnet seem air tight were do...

just a small bump because i need help ,has anyone got any information on these half moon rubbers, or knows were i can get them regards

hi , I've just had a disco 200tdi engine fitted into my defender, i bought new rocker cover gasket, but it came without the small half moon rubbers, question is what are they called ? where can i get them ? and will i need silicone for them regards

might be a silly question, do they sell air filters for those mushroom tops, ive got a safari snorkel, that way i could do away with the old steel air box out of my 1990 defender, ive just had a 200tdi conversion

hi, Ive done a search but its not shown much, so here goes, Ive had a 200tdi conversion fitted into my 1990 defender, its still work in progress but for the small amount of time I've drove it it seems OK, maybe 15 minutes at a time just to try things out, when i get home top pipes are hot...

try this, ive got b&q roof flashing or wickes, it sticks like sh_t, sticks better when its warm weather, its the stuff that looks like lead £15.00 a roll 3 x rolls did all the back, now im doing starting the front hope this helps

hi i need help again, its a 200tdi defender conversion , bought myself a new gasket for my rocker cover, made sure cover was nice and clean put it all back together, but its still leaking do i need to use any sealant ? i don't want to over tighten the bolts regards
