Probably best to get the codes read. Once there is a fault with airbags the light will stay on even if fixed until the codes are cleared. Will also tell you where the fault lies or the general area anyway!

If your car has factory tinted windows then any tint film takes them beyond legal tint. Most tint companies will tell you this normally. Edit- this only applies to front windows as previously mentioned.

If its like mine there are two holes in the front of the radio needs a 2.5mm allen key to undo. Keep turning till it comes loose. Mines an 01 if that helps.

Hi all just bought a 2001freelander td4 and I an pleasantly surprised by it to the extent that I might even keep it a while! Got it cheap as it has 213k on it but drives really well. Needs bits and pieces doing but I'm sure the search and you guys n gals here will sort any issues! Ade
