    Flooring all back in one piece I have come across another problem, The coolant gauge doesn't read correctly using the daihatsu sender in the head. The landrover one is completely different to the threads in the head and the thermostat housing.

    Thanks mate, only a few things left to do now. Wire up the cooling fan, Change all the fluids & filters, Replace the cambelt, Make a panel to cover where i chopped out on the N/s footwell :)

    Yes i'm sure it would but the intercooler i have fitted is of a poor design, inlet and outlet connections have no seperation. so the air is spread across the intercooler by pressure, it does not show good flowing characteristics. I may suffer with slight lag from the massive cooler, but its...
