Yep... change both. If you had engaged 4x4 it would have found whatever the weakest link in you drive train front ujs or mabey your gearbox. If you change both you will loose acceleration but gain a better cruising speed. Depends what you use it for most of the time?

As soon as you engage 4x4 the front end will want to go at a different speed to the back end so no... Dont do it even if you never plan to use the 4x4 system inevitably some one will engage it at some point and I rekon that with the range rover diff in the back and series diff in the front that...

Just done the bulbs. Pull the three round heater knobs off (Put them to a known setting to avoid having to remove them when you have refitted them 180' out) and remove the slider knob for fan speed control. There will be two screws that were hidden by the outer most knobs you removed so remove...

Im no pro but the way I did mine was to seam seal the bare metal (Plenty of it) Then prime and paint then wayoyl then gearbox oil... In fact anything oily I could lay me hands on:lol:

Or you could just buy a 90Tdi??? Ive nothing against upgrading a series but when you have changed engine/gearbox/trans box/props/axels whats the point of having a series? Sell it and get a 90:crazy:

Anything electrical. Either work your way round with a multimeter to find where the drain is coming from or get an auto electrition to check it for you.

Has anyone ever removed the trim from around the windscreen to do a silicon job? Im getting wet feet but dont want to try to remove the trim if its hooked under the glass when its fitted. Just need to know if the trims fitted after the windscreen is bonded in as a filler strip???
