is it like a belt squeel or a grinding type squeel? maybe the front diff and prop are grinding together, i know i might be jumping in at the deep end but it was a common problem when in gear and pulling away the worn teeth would grind and cause a horrible grinding noise :(

yup your throttle body is sticking, if it is black in colour and made of plastic then renew it with the modified metal one :p, then u will return to hassle free motorin :P, until ur next fault anyway :)

a 9/16 socket 3/8 drive on a wobbly extension does the trick,

as u say there is no oil water mix eitherway round, then if it is headgasket you will be losin coolant through the cylinder to exhaust, so a block/combustion gas in water test will show this up. but be sure to check for external leaks aswell :)
