ooh, this happened to me, but it was because the hand brake shoe was broken into 2 parts and one was on top of the other so it wasn't freeing to allow me to move forwards, so I stalled it which released it, then it went, and then I had to get a new hand brake shoe, I would imagine this is not...

pressure wash, and if i can really be bothered, only in summer, will use a resin polish, thats pretty quick to use and gives a good shine without water marks, but no point doing that in winter, I did just before billing though so she was all shiney cos we twisted it up for it. :D Like yours too!!
