As long as you don't have over four people on one vehicle it's just the standard price, anything over and then you have to pay extra. I also may have a couple of extra bodies coming with me.

I've got the friday off, I think the others have too, so I would assume a convoy would be the best way. Definitely going on the friday to make the most of it. Get involved, :)
