    If you decide to change the clutch be sure to check the input shaft on gearbox for excessive play, I had one once that clucked going into gear

    Does the filter housing and filter appear ok? Look for cracks with filter removed, replace filter with a premium one NOT a cheapo

    No I don't think you'll notice any difference if I'm honest. Best bet is a re map of the ecu. All I can say for the egr valve is get one with the blanks on the replacement pipe for the vac hoses. I got an alive tuning one and that doesn't have the blanks .

    Take the slave cyl back off and make sure that's fitted correctly If it's still stiff assuming that's what you mean by dragging then sounds like release bearing tight on gear box shaft

    Had a few 10p engines that take a lot of starting after upsetting the fuel system. Usually quicker to bump them off with another car assuming you know everything is built up correctly

    Marshland or Richards Chassis?

    All I can comment on is the marslands chassis that's what I've fitted to mine. All you can ask for really absolutely no issues with lining anything up .
