Hi I bought some new wheel arches for my 90 about a year ago and they looked very nice when they were actually black, now they've faded to a dull dark grey Has anyone ever painted them with success ? Or how on earth do you keep them black?? Bit annoyed as they cost me about £150 Any help...

I'd start with the lower half of the dash on then wiring loom and you find the rest will just fall together

Ran mine through the chassis, I used some stuff mains cable to push through then attached the loom to it and pulled it back Out

Don't forget about the most important place, inside the chassis I use chassis black and wayoyl

I'd go check pal hard rod bushes aswell, pry bar needed

Think both bushes are same it's width difference from 200tdi to 300tdi

I'm not sure if the receivers need reprogramming or not but, just remover the n/s/f inner kick panel inside the car and check the white plug for corroded terminals I've included some pics for what your looking for if they work

Probably too late now but euro car parts had a massive discount on car oils and free delivery

Probably be alright then, I got mine from Andrew Paige for about £35 about four years ago

I totally agree 100% this is exactly what I went through with mine! I tried to run it to see if they softened up some but no! bought the glencoyne mounts all four and the difference you can't even explain . I'd defiantly recommend them. It was driving me insane the vibration

Upto to you on the clutch really, does it look worn? Can you be bothered to fit a new one if this one fails shortly after. Personally mine had loads of life left and was a valeo clutch. And even if it did let go anytime soon I'm more than prepared to put in a new one. If I was advising a non...

Only thing I can think of is are you all tightening the bush bolts up with the vehicle weight on them?

I put all four standard britpart springs on mine Under normal drivings they are very nice and comfy, where as any corner at speed and they do roll a bit, but I don't have an anti roll bar fitted, but at £15 a spring you can't complain
