And has anyone got a grill for the snorkle? I want to replace it for another plastic one as I'm not a fan atall of shiney/chrome. Got ££ waiting :)

Ratchet straps are quite a good alternative. Just remember not to swing on the "ratchet" part like I no I do automatically lol!

So a little up date for those interested. Fitted the bush wires today. (Quick release for road) I think I've got them the best I can get them without a roof rack but week see. I haven't cut any length off yet just incase. Here's some pics for you all... I also picked up me dog...

Also how long have you ran the engine. Isit still bubbling. If not. And you know it's not cracked. The exhaust could be full of water... May just need to let it burn off.

Did you pressure check the head... May be cracked.

Unbolt the body and lift it off.... Much easier to do if you disconnect all the steering shafts fuel lines etc first. And even easier again on a two poster ramp.

So spent the weekend in forest of dean. The woman's new washing up and cooking table worked great. Just need a few adjustments to the hinge and the guy rips and all will be dandy. Also went to visit me pup. Bella. Picking her up sometime in the next week..

Home! So I bought a sheet or ally for just less than 20 notes at 750mmx500x1.5 A length of 20x20x2mm steel box at £5 A piano hinge 600mm from eBay at about £6 And some rubber bonnet catches to fix it upright for again about £6 delivered. I wanted to fit the woman's washing bowl in the end so...

if you struggle to find it, clean everything off and give it all a light dusting of white spray paint (where you think it is) the leak will soon stand out

how near? last puddle i found near nsf tyre was pas fluid running down and off the steering guard

abit late now but help was offered well before it got to lzir! :)

check the turbo. ive had one or two 200tdis that smoke like a bastid and miss on startup. when the oil warms up it stops smoking(not sure wh)y, you dont know it didnt do this before the cambelt snapped....
