Is there any rules on how to engauge and disengauge freewheeling hubs, such as backing up the landy or do they just pop straight off ? Sorry haven't had to use them yet and unsure how to ?

If I take it steady I get 22 to 23 mpg since I swopped the dizzy, I only geeting around 30 mpg with a brand new Volvo XC90 diesel ! ! !

The best bit of kit I have fitted to improve MPG ,is a Electronic Dizzy from Simon BBC. This has given me a 15 % increase and also keeps the engine running sweet as a nut. Took about 1/2 hr in total to fit ! ! ! 45D Electronic distributor POWERMAX Land Rover POWERMAX electronic Lucas type 45D...

I've just brush painted my 1976 series3 ,just don't skip on the brush. A good synthetic brush will cost between £10 and £15 ,but will be worth every penny ;)
