You would need to change an awfull lot of stuff. starting with the altanator, bulbs, wiper motors, blower motor etc. why can't you just get a coil for 24v and a 24v starter to run your v8 or do you want efi. or you could leave 24v system intact and just fit another battery for just 12v's for...
