Well...... Just got a quote for the repair work to the chassis, hand brake & stuck diff lock. about £1100 for the lot. Not as bad as it could have been, but still a pretty hefty whack to the wallet!!

I'm still none the wiser having had a look! The only numbers that I found were the VIN plate (this obviously is blank where it says Colour), and I also found a black and white sticker on the bulkhead. This has '1.68' on it, but that doesn't seem to match any colours that I have found.
