TO stop the condensation stick some camping mat on the roof before you put the headliner back on . work in mine The matt came from Millets and was around 3 quarters of a inch thick. So no more wet roof.

not one of the problems my 90/300 tdi suffers from , as others say check your pulley ect might save a big bill !

I have had two quotes one is £1500 and £1200 that is dents out and inside sprayed .

Well after following this thread i have bitten the bullet and having my 90/300Tdi sprayed , thought it may look good in met/green with black roof/bonnet ! I have yet to break the news to her indoors !! Any way this 90 looks great wish i had the space to give mine a go instead of paying some one...

YRM saved me lots of money as had to replace my seat box and great service . and yes i think they do the battery box .

12K , mine was £7500 and had done 67000 miles and only had a 2 inch lift , i bought it last year and have spent 5-6 grand more on it !

OK , i am new to 90s if i put a disco tranny box in a 300Tdi will i get better fuel/road use from it as i use mine on the road 75% of the time ? thanks for any info.

That sounds like the Bill i am looking at but i have a new exhaust brake lines , but as you say i don't think i will get change out of £ 3,500 , ouchhhh

I will be looking for a New Chassis in the new year and would not mind if some people who have had a new one fitted would give some figure to what they have paid ! or is that being a bit cheeky ?
