Bedford? I've dragged an AVRE a few meters with one on the back of a wolf....although the tracks had been split so it hardly had any resistance.. I was doing great until the clutch wimped out on me!

Although it's a "light" pintle, it'll be more than up to the task of recovery... Your chassis will go before that does!

That was the plan. I've ordered the pair.. I've got the box off at the moment but the mountings won't be here for a few days so I wanted to refit the box tonight and then I could fit the mountings as and when they rock up... And in the meantime I can fit the 2" lift!

That's the one that got me started...I went to three holes yesterday with a few mates who run around in truck cabs.. I think I'm going to truck cab mine first (as I'll need the truck cab before I cut the buck off anyway) and then start taking measurements before commuting myself
