Flat towing is fine, but suspend towing is a whole different ball game. If in any doubt remove the offending prop.

Who you driving for? You can't suspend tow a 4x4 without moving the appropriate prop. Although your boss should be training you in this sort of stuff

By out of shape tyres do you mean the surface goes up and down, like waves or that the tyres are oval? Try swapping the front out of shape tyres for the rear round tyres and see if that improves things. It could be that they are causing the wobble or that the out of shape tyres have been caused...

That's one of the most common break downs we do. I've known injector seals burst but that's rare. Drain it, fill it with diesel and see how you go...you could get away without any damage...but I'm not sure anyone really knows the long term damage that could be done though
