Just spoken to these guys at Autoleads. Apparently there is an optical fibre version of HK fitted to some D2’s, with the amp fitted under the drivers seat, behind the head unit or somewhere in the rear. Mine doesn’t have the amp under the drivers seat; however there is a spare 2 pin connector...

One more thing,how do I know if it’s a Logic set up?

Apparently, there’s fibre optic cabling to feed the amp. And there’s no harness on the market for the pre-amp. Cheers.

Evening all. Some advice please. My 52 plate D2 has a HK stereo system, which is ok, on the whole. However, I feel it’s time to replace with a trendy looking flip up unit. Up to now, the advice I’ve received from a certain motorist retailer is ‘not a hope mate’. I can’t believe this is true...

morning all. I’m in the process of replacing standard drop links with extended ones. The front ones are done but I’m having issues with the rear. I also have ACE on my 52 plate D2. Is there something I need to be aware of?

I’ve replaced all of the bearings on mine. Don’t fancy having to do it again, so I’ll keep away from the spacers.

I may need to pick some brains on changing drop links.......

Hi all. New on here. I'm now the proud owner of a 52 plate disco, the second disco I've owned. As per all discos, it has its problems and issues. This weeks problem is rear sunroof won't open. Any ideas?
