removing inlet manifold will also help with access but thats an easy enough job anyway, oh and you better drain the coolant too.

probably the cooling unit itself, had the same problem on mine, replaced the cooler, twas about £130 and when i took the old one off the gasket was fine, you should get a new gasket with the cooler so you might aswell change the gasket too. give the area a good clean before you put it back on...

ok so what i did i took my old oil cooler and pured water in the inlet pipe, water came out 1 of the 3 holes on the other side, fine i guess, then a few seconds later it started oozing from another hole carrying left over oil with it. Culprit?

ive tried 8 in a row and all 8 blew, didnt use any resistors, so ive ordered more LEDs and resistors and will try again, so my guess is 12v was too much hense needing the resistor to RESIST too much voltage going to LEDs am i right?
