why not change the resistor for the higher temp one and repair the broken wires in the orginal seat elements for a fraction of the price of those kits.
if you've def decided not to do it yourself then have a look on ebay theres a guy know advertises on there to supply and fit brand new motors for around £300 if i remember correctly.

ive heard the seams can be the cause, but im just trying not to think about it and work myself into a fit about it! as soon as the bigger jobs are done on her and the weather has warmed up ill rip the bloody thing out and drive around with no headlining until ive found the leak!
