Can't you just unbolt the whole thing? Mine came loose when I changed the top shock mount.

But longer shocks will give you better articulation without any effect to the on road handling. Iirc m&m 4x4 sell something similar called a super traction kit. Extended bump stops don't work with standard night springs mine bottomed out.

Nice bit of recovery there. Learning how to drive off road is easier than learning how to get yourself out of mess. As for the line I can see why he took it not sure I would have but hindsight is always in 20:20 vision.

I like the look of some of those lanes up in the mountains. More exploring for me :-) The Bastard lane is a funny one I normally can get up the waterfall but struggle with the washouts but last time I almost had to get towed up the water fall but got straight over both washouts.

I have a spare which was working fine when I took it off.

I agree Glass membership has helped massively with planning trips. Far less of the "oh it's all Tarmac" when exploring.

The cost may be trivial but Mr £1000 disco 1 I wanna get covered in mud run on a shoe string nobber won't shell out £30. Obviously my £1300 disco is far superior.

Not sure if that counts as no problems ;) I just went with extended bump stops with a 2" body lift, extended arches and all seems ok even on serious flex.

TBH when I'm in my car on the normal roads I pay these signs no attention whatsoever. I'd be more concearned about them on a UCR or Boat though.

Pink with view ranger for laning. Orange for walking. If you can map read properly either is fine.
