:dance::dance::dance:dare I say it? looks like the abs saga is fixed. bought second hand abs pump from local breakers for £45 and afters 2/3 runs all seems well!!:dance::dance::D:D

cheers wammers that'll be a no then!! ill clean everything tonight at work and try it in the morning. not holding out much hope though, may just plunge for a second hand pump assembly?

is there any way of testing the switch whilst of the vehicle?

Any link to that thread/ info on replacement part??

UPDATE had diagnostics read again tonight and only one fault showing as follows 1,2,3 pressure warning switch take it the pressure switch on the pump is goosed then???

Hi mozz It's a p38a range rover 1996 4.6 v8 Problem is abs fault on the dash. Cheers Tony

update on this weekends struggles! checked all supply to sensors all good. checked all relays all good. checked abs ecu all looks ok except there was no reading at pin 1 which could relate to earlier diagnostic fault (No voltage at ECU Pin 1 when ignition on), question is should there be...

Thanks wammers! Was going towards the pressure switch next, 2nd hand pump assembly I thought?? Oh well have to wait till Saturday now when me diagnostics man is free!!

Right changed the brake switch still got fault! Comes on after 2/3 minutes of running without moving! What next don't tell me diagnostics??

Checked it today and it seems ok? Ive ordered one anyway today should be with me tomorrow.
