Quick update. New floor panel in. Mount and sills fertaned first as suggested! Weldings strong but not the best looking!! Onto the bulkhead body mount tommorow!

Quick update! Got all the panels from Froggatts in Macclesfield yesterday, great service and panels!! Footwell all prepared with fertan ready for welding tommorow!!

not selling it, that was just me panicking!!!:eek: going to get the kit b inner wing and new body mount from froggatts in Macclesfield. plate up the hole, ill attack the surrounding area tomorrow and hope not to much more is revealed?? then ill attack the nearside? she'll be like a new...

So this rebuild just got a whole new ser of problems!! So what to do, think it a be time to sell???

finally i'm getting round to rebuilding my discos inner wings, headlight boxes and body mounts. inner wing offside completely shot as pics show. getting all the replacement bits form froggats in Macclesfield started the strip down last night. lots to do!!!!

great thread!! in the process of doing my inner wings at the moment. what you going to replace the wings with? I've been looking round and froggatts in Macclesfield do a full wing for around £200 tempted but not sure of the extent of damage yet just up to stripping of the existing wings...

I had similar problems with my 1997 4.6 p38 after allsorts of diagnostics checking and process of elimination it turned out to be the abs pressure switch, the green coloured switch attached to the abs pump. I bought a second hand pump unit with switch attached and hey presto no more abs faults.
